How to agree on your itinerary and book


The process is very simple; indeed, we are here to help you in every step of your holiday plan. How to book a tour in 5 steps:

  1. Write an e-mail to experiencetropical@gmail.com asking for a tour you saw on the website or design your own itinerary request, or making any inquiry about your travel plans. Specify also when you want to go to the Philippines and how long you want to stay;

  2. After all the necessary e-mail exchanges,an itinerary proposal will be sent to your E-mail address. You can accept it or may still have the modifications you want until you are fully satisfied;

  3. When a definitive itinerary has been agreed upon, and only if you like to use our services, you will receive the details for the payment;

  4. Once we have received your payment, the reservation is confirmed and we will send you a receipt. Before your arrival, we will send you also a Handbook with suggestions and guidelines for your preparation, and the agreement on where/how to meet.

  5. Start your trip in the beautiful Philippines!
