Palawan: Puerto Princesa & Underground River

Puerto Princesa is a pleasant city where you can find handcrafted souvenirs and great food. The main attraction of the area is the Underground River. In 2011 it was comprised among the 7 Wonders of Nature by UNESCO and consists in a river flowing inside an extraordinarily long cave, that can be explored with a boat for 4.3 km.

Visayas: Siquijor and Dumaguete

Siquijor Island is surrounded by a very beautiful coral reef, ideal for snorkeling, and white beaches. It also has a "magic" reputation thanks to its famous sciamans. Nearby there's Apo Island, famous for its world-class diving and Dumaguete, the small pleasant capital of Negros Oriental.

Luzon: Tagaytay and Taal Vulcano

With its cool breeze and fresh air, Tagaytay is an ideal place for leisure activities like picnics, horseback riding, strolls, camping and even to play golf. It is a popular getaway destination of families and group of friends from Manila escaping from the chaos of the city. With a view on the apparently small and very active Taal Volcano.

Luzon: Banaue (Ifugao) and Sagada

This amazing landscape is 2000 years old and is made with terraces, carved and mantained by indigenous people through the years.

Luzon: Pinatubo and Clark

Mount Pinatubo is an active volcano which erupted in 1991 after 600 years of sleep. The catastrophic disaster created a special landscape that draws people to admire its beauty. Clark is a former American air base reverted to the Philippine government few months after the eruption.

Tubbataha (part of Palawan Province) is a UNESCO site and is considered one of the best destinations in the world for scuba diving. It is an atoll in the middle of the sea, born from the deaths of underwater volcanoes, known for its extraordinary ocean fauna and its beautiful coral reefs.
