“We Hope to Come Back Soon" (2015) 

I went to the Philippines from January 26 to February 9, 2016 with my husband and my 8-year-old daughter. I found Tropical Experience by chance while searching information about this destination. Samuele (of Tropical Experience) was very professional from the start.

We had 3 main tour legs: Puerto Princesa, El Nido and Coron -  for different reasons, they all deserve attention. Two weeks were quite enough but if you have some extra days you should absolutely use them.

I was particularly impressed by the colours of the sea and the rocks of the Philippines, the lagoons have an intense emerald-green colour that we saw before only in Polynesia.

We actually didn’t have any organizational problems plus the guides during our day tours were very good in communicating with us, even if we don’t speak a perfect English.

The day tours organized by Samuele were PRIVATE, which means that we had a boat only for the 3 of us, with a dedicated guide and a captain. This way we better managed the time of stay on the different island beaches, this flexibility you shouldn’t underestimate. You can actually find many organized day tours going to the same destinations, but you’d be sharing the boat with at least 10 people with fixed schedule.

If you are in El Nido, don’t miss the zip line at Las Cabanas, it was really nice and easy for everyone.

When we encountered unforeseen circumstances, Samuele always supported us by phone.

Generally, we did not have any food nor health issues.
