"Super satisfied!" (2015)
We trusted Tropical Experience for the organization of our trip to the Philippines during the 2015 Christmas Holidays. We were super satisfied!
Even though the country is still not yet so known in Italy (fortunately?), the Philippines is indeed a very beautiful destination, specially for those who love the sea. Tropical Experience proved to be a serious Agency, a professional and very available one.
We started asking for tour proposals during the month of September, but we could not confirm our trip for several months because of various issues.
They were always prompt and patient, even if we forced them to re-make computations many times!
The trip we finally organized (in Bohol and Cebu) was great.
Bohol is a very beautiful island, with an incredible sea, and Tropical Experience chose a very original hotel for us, that we really appreciated, and arranged unforgettable day tours.
We liked Cebu a bit less, because it is more like a big city and a quite commercial destination. But, also in this case, thanks to the sea or inland tours, Tropical Experience was able to allow us to discover marvelous places where you can spend your days.
Last but not least, Tropical Experience was very attentive and serious also managing eventual issues that can occur during a trip: they know how to be present and efficiently provide a solution anytime.
